Within the UMeP site, at the Warwick location, retitle the "Early Years TAB" forms as "Warwick Medical School TAB".

44422 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Item Help Text Formatting options missing and text entered not saved
Within ALL sites, ensure that help text entered when creating a new curriculum item is saved with formatting.

44637 - UMeP - Enabling curriculum ratings from unverified sources Part 2
Within ALL sites that allow ratings to be completed via ticket requests, provide the ability for trainees/students to self-enter unverified ratings on behalf of others.

Within the PHYSICIAN site, introduce a new facility, accessible via the Help > Feedback menu item, for users to provide feedback on content to JRCPTB.
