Release 43.9 - Sat 4 Oct 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 43.9 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 4th October 2025.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 48520 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove empty brackets on form item when form details haven't been entered
  • 48878 - PHYSICIAN - Ensure Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) forms save as draft by default (NEP-1664)
  • 48909 - EPORTFOLIO - Update subject line for email messages generated from the Help Support form
  • 48919 - UHP - Copy curricula from other sites to UHP site (NEP-5825)
  • 48921 - UHP - Copy form designs from other sites to UHP site (NEP-5826)
  • 48928 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable speech recognition when adding a curriculum rating
  • 49001 - EPORTFOLIO - Update timeout message

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 48912 - PHYSICIAN - Forms admin page cannot config forms on all but one training programme
  • 48914 - EPORTFOLIO - Non-doctor GMC numbers not recognised (NEP-5870)
  • 48990 - EPORTFOLIO - Rogue comma left over from removal of brackets from form details
  • 48997 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum item incorrectly refreshed after cancelling rating process

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

48520 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove empty brackets on form item when form details haven't been entered
Within ALL sites, attempt to remove extraneous punctuation symbols within generated form titles.

48878 - PHYSICIAN - Ensure Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) forms save as draft by default (NEP-1664)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that all ESR forms with the ability to be saved in a draft state save as draft by default.

48909 - EPORTFOLIO - Update subject line for email messages generated from the Help Support form
Within ALL sites, update the email message sent when the Help Support form is submitted so that the email subject line contains the subject as provided by the user.

48912 - PHYSICIAN - Forms admin page cannot config forms on all but one training programme
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that prevented the publishing of a form to a subset of training programmes where more than 1000 training programmes are select.

48914 - EPORTFOLIO - Non-doctor GMC numbers not recognised (NEP-5870)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the newest service providing GMC number verification is used to allow verification for non-doctor GMC numbers to be successfully performed in the future.

48919 - UHP - Copy curricula from other sites to UHP site (NEP-5825)
Within the UHP site, establish copies of curricula from other sites.

48921 - UHP - Copy form designs from other sites to UHP site (NEP-5826)
Within the UHP site, establish copies of form designs from other sites.

48928 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable speech recognition when adding a curriculum rating
Within ALL sites, add speech recognition to the comment field when adding/editing a curriculum rating.

48990 - EPORTFOLIO - Rogue comma left over from removal of brackets from form details

48997 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum item incorrectly refreshed after cancelling rating process
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that can cause a curriculum item to be hidden until the next page refresh if the rating process is started, then cancelled.

49001 - EPORTFOLIO - Update timeout message
