Release 41.3 - Sat 31 Aug 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 41.3 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 31st August 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 47236 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow control of roundel display in curricula

  • 47462 - FPH - Update FPH Director of Training role type
  • 47463 - FPH - OOP Process UAT 3
  • 47465 - FPH - LOSOS Form UAT 3
  • 47466 - FPH - Updates to FPH Regional Administrator role
  • 47467 - FPH - Updates to FPH Project Supervisor and FPD Academic Supervisor roles
  • 47470 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Curriculum Signoff View to allow viewing of linked evidence
  • 47513 - PHYSICIAN - Enable Form Download for Physician JRCPTB Administrators
  • 47519 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow tickets to be created as draft

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47567 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure correct name is shown instead of email address for ticket recipients

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

47182 - FPA - Updates to the Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) process (NEP-1931)
Within the FPA site, publish new versions of the MSF, MSF Self and MSF Summary form with new rating levels plus also introduce an MCR specific overview page, helping to guide users through the MSF process.

47235 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow control of self-rating of curricula
Within ALL sites, provide administrators with the ability to prevent self-rating of curriculum items by trainees.

47236 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow control of roundel display in curricula
Within ALL sites, provide a feature that enables roundels to be displayed on curriculum overview pages.  Initially, enable this for the HFP site only.

47319 - FPA - CPD Report (NEP-1926)
Within the FPA site, establish a new "CPD Report" that provides authorised personnel with the ability to download in bulk details as shown to individuals on their "CPD Summary" page.

47462 - FPH - Update FPH Director of Training role type
Within the FPH site, update the "FPD Director of Training" role so that it can be used to access all registrar portfolios within a programme/location, without the need to be associated with a rotation in a registrars portfolio.

47463 - FPH - OOP Process UAT 3
Within the FPH site, implement multiple requested updates to items associated with the OOP request process.

47465 - FPH - LOSOS Form UAT 3
Within the FPH site, implement multiple requested updates to the LOSOS form.

47466 - FPH - Updates to FPH Regional Administrator role
Within the FPH site, provide users of the "FPH Regional Administrator" role with access to ARCP Panel, OOP and CCT functioanlity.

47467 - FPH - Updates to FPH Project Supervisor and FPD Academic Supervisor roles
Within the FPH site, update the "FPH Project Supervisor" and "FPH Academic Supervisor" roles so that by default they can only create new forms and view forms they have previously completed for a registrar.

47470 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Curriculum Signoff View to allow viewing of linked evidence
Within ALL sites, update the curriculum sign off view to provide users with a way of viewing evidence linked to each curriculum item.

47513 - PHYSICIAN - Enable Form Download for Physician JRCPTB Administrators
Within the PHYSICIAN portfolio, provide users of the Physician JRCPTB Administrator role with the ability to download individual forms as PDFs.

47519 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow tickets to be created as draft
Within ALL sites, provide a feature that enables tickets to be created in a draft state for sending later.  Initially, enable this for the FPH site only.

47567 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure correct name is shown instead of email address for ticket recipients
Within ALL sites, on the ticket overview page, always show the email address to which a ticket has been sent unless the email address is associated with an existing user account whereupon the users name should be displayed instead.

47571 - UHL - Remove duplicate form groups
Within the UHL site, remove the "Workplace Based Assessments (WBA)", "Supervisory Reports (SR)" and Teaching (T) form groups that have been created in error.

47572 - UHL - Establish new ARCP form group and menu item
Within the UHL site, establish a new "ARCP" form group, move existing forms with "ARCP" in the title to that new form group then add a menu item to allow easy access to the new form group.
