Release 35.8 - Sat 11 June 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 35.8, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 11th June 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 44676 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Likert question type
  • 44685 - PHYSICIAN - Addition of a Training Programme filter when searching for trainees to add to an ARCP Panel (ZEN 45782)
  • 44687 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Current Post homepage widget (ZEN 47508)
  • 44721 - EPORTFOLIO - Update certificate type selector within Certificates and Exams section (ZEN 47399)
  • 44744 - EPORTFOLIO - Implement additional HTTP Security Headers

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44726 - EPORTFOLIO - "Trainee Home" menu shown on User Navigation Toolbar
  • 44731 - EPORTFOLIO - Links added to a form are lost when form is saved (ZEN 47257)
  • 44740 - EPORTFOLIO - Count in Content Pages of downloaded Form & Curricula PDF is limited to 2 digits
  • 44784 - PEP - Field alignment on create new user page
  • 44785 - EPORTFOLIO - Restore missing Javascript source maps
  • 44789 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect Link deleted from Associations modal
  • 44790 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove View Portfolio menu item from certain activity feed items (ZEN 47744)
  • 44792 - PHYSICIAN - Speech Recognition icon shown where no text input field exists in OPCAT form

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

44676 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Likert question type
Within ALL sites, introduce a new mobile friendly Likert question type that can be used when designing forms.

44685 - PHYSICIAN - Addition of a Training Programme filter when searching for trainees to add to an ARCP Panel (ZEN 45782)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the ARCP Panels facility to allow searchign for trainees by training programme.

44687 EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Current Post homepage widget (ZEN 47508)
Within ALL sites, update the Current Post homepage widget to include details of the current programme as well as post and also to include signposting when no posts exist within the programme.

44721 - EPORTFOLIO - Update certificate type selector within Certificates and Exams section (ZEN 47399)
Within ALL sites, update the Certificates and Exams page to improve usability, particularly when there are a large number of certificate types to select from.

44726 - EPORTFOLIO - "Trainee Home" menu shown on User Navigation Toolbar
Within the FOUNDATION, DMS and ICELAND sites, retitle the first menu when a user is selected from "Trainee Home" to "Profile" for consistency with other sites and training materials.

44731 - EPORTFOLIO - Links added to a form are lost when form is saved (ZEN 47257)
Within ALL sites, ensure that links added to a form when the form is editable are saved.

44740 - EPORTFOLIO - Count in Content Pages of downloaded Form & Curricula PDF is limited to 2 digits
Within ALL sites, ensure that page numbers are correctly displayed in downloadable PDF files with 100 or more pages.

44744 - EPORTFOLIO - Implement additional HTTP Security Headers

44784 - PEP - Field alignment on create new user page
Within ALL sites, ensure that fields and field labels are correctly aligned on the Create New User page.

44785 - EPORTFOLIO - Restore missing Javascript source maps

44789 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect Link deleted from Associations modal
Within ALL sites, ensure that when multiple links are added to an editable form but one is deleted before the form is saved, that the correct link is removed/retained.

44790 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove View Portfolio menu item from certain activity feed items (ZEN 47744)
Within ALL sites, remove the "View Portfolio" link beside activity items indicating a non-trainee role has been added to an account.

44792 - PHYSICIAN - Speech Recognition icon shown where no text input field exists in OPCAT form
Within the PHYSICIAN site, remove speech recognition icon that is incorrectly displayed within the OPCAT form.

44793 - EPORTFOLIO - Restore missing resources

44801 - EPORTFOLIO - Field containing locationID visible when adding/removing a role (ZEN 47770)
Within ALL sites, remove field below location picker that it incorrectly displayed when administering roles for a user account.

44837 - SWFT - Ticketable slider in curriculum editor broken on open (ZEN 47776)
Within ALL sites, ensure that that Ticketable / Not-Ticketable slider is in the correct position when a curriculum item is opened for editing.

44838 - SWFT - Create From Existing Picklist non-functional (ZEN 47821)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue that prevented the creation of a new picklist based upon an existing picklist.
