Release 43.7 - Sat 6 Sep 2025

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

45939 - BBT - Add Share Pack functionality
Within ALL sites, introduce new "Share Pack" functionality to allow trainees to easily share selected items (in a read only view) from their portfolio with individuals, including supervisors in other sites.

48643 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to alert functionality
Within ALL sites, update the Alerts functionality to allow alerts to be published during an absolute date range plus a date range relative to programme and post start/end dates.

48650 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Users By Role report
Within ALL sites, update the Users by Role report to include details of the location / programmes to which the user has the role assigned.

48679 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish ElfhImportHistory table
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48766 - UMEP - BSMS - 01 - Replace existing roles with a historic role and alert
Within the UMeP site, remove any/all UMeP roles relating to the BSMS location, replacing these with a historic role that provides appropriate signposting.

48767 - UMEP - BSMS - 02 - Give Brighton their data
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48768 - UMEP - BSMS - 03 - Remove data and code from NHS ePortfolios
Within the UMeP site, remove any/all data relating to the BSMS location.

48781 - SNHSFT - Rename review panel from ARCP to CTPR (NEP-1701)
Within the SNHSFT site, rename the review panel functionality from "ARCP Panels" to "CTPR Panels".

48791 - EPORTFOLIO - Usability improvements in Published Form Targeting
Within ALL sites replace the long checkbox lists with drop down multi-select pickers (with search feature) within the Published Form Targeting panel.

48836 - ESNEFT - Establish new ESNEFT Clinical Supervisor role (NEP-5467)
Within the ESNEFT site, introduce a new "ESNEFT Clinical Supervisor" role.

48846 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect default behaviour for Programme filter on e-Learning for Healthcare page (NEP-5511)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the programme filter on e-Learning for Healthcare page is set to show all e-Learning from all programmes by default when the page is first accessed.

48856 - FPH - Inactive curriculum items available for selection in Activity Summary Sheet and LOSOS forms (NEP-5465)
Within the FPH site, ensure that inactive curriculum items are not available for selection within ASS and LOSOS forms.

48857 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent ReviewPanel related roles affecting the supervisor Users and post admin features (NEP-5516)
Within ALL sites, ensure that supervisor type roles related with ReviewPanel functionaility are not available for selection within the Post Administration / Supervised Trainees features.

48859 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect sender email address used for Help Support form submissions
Within ALL sites, ensure that support form submissions are always sent from noreply@nhseportfolios.org when no support form target has been specified.

48864 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove deprecated SitenameStatusTypes
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48885 - EPORTFOLIO - Error creating a new picklist with the same title as an existing picklist
Within ALL sites, prevent an error occurring if an attempt is made to create a new picklist with the same title as an existing picklist.

48908 - HFP - Your Trainees widget incorrectly handling posts with no specialties
Within the HFP site, ensure that post details are correctly displayed within the "Your Trainees" widget on supervisor homepages even if trainees have no specialties associated with their post.
