Release 42.1 - Sat 11 Jan 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 42.2 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 11th January 2025.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 47863 - MOBILE APP -  Resolve missing code behind permissions in mobile web app
  • 48021 - UMeP - OXFORD - Add new Oxford Graduate Entry Medicine programme (NEP-2806)
  • 48046 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate Playwright

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 48035 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent attempt to delete trainee from review panel when form exists (NEP-3652)
  • 48041 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent saving a draft ticket of ticket prefill with more than 20000 characters in a single text field (NEP 3593)
  • 48044 - UMEP - BUCKINGHAM - Summary of Progress (Buckingham Practical skills and procedures) not counting all tagged forms (NEP 3368)
  • 48047 - HISTORIC - Create Form widget visible within Historic roles
  • 48048 - EPORTFOLIO - Numerical data vs Textual data checkboxes working in reverse (NEP 3743)
  • 48049 - EPORTFOLIO - Analyse Forms not working when default form title contains an ampersand (NEP 3743)
  • 48052 - EPORTFOLIO - Completed undeliverable tickets remain in Declined_Expired column not Completed column

47863 - MOBILE APP -  Resolve missing code behind permissions in mobile web app
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48021 - UMeP - OXFORD - Add new Oxford Graduate Entry Medicine programme (NEP-2806)
Within the UMeP site, establish a new "Oxford Graduate Entry Medicine Programme" programme with the same configuration and permissions as the existing "Oxford Undergraduate Programme" programme.

48035 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent attempt to delete trainee from review panel when form exists (NEP-3652)
Within ALL sites, ensure that trainees can be removed from review panels even if an outcome form has been created whilst the trainee was associated with the review panel.

48041 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent saving a draft ticket of ticket prefill with more than 20000 characters in a single text field (NEP 3593)
Within ALL sites, remove the limit that prevented the saving of a form with more than 20,000 characters in a single text field (custom built forms only).  This will allow ticket requests where more than 20,000 characters had been pre-filled in a single text field to be completed.

48044 - UMEP - BUCKINGHAM - Summary of Progress (Buckingham Practical skills and procedures) not counting all tagged forms (NEP 3368)
Within the UMeP site, resolve the issue that prevented forms tagged with the "Buckingham-PSP" tag from being correctly counted on the "Summary of Progress (Buckingham Practical skills and procedures)" page.

48046 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate Playwright
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48047 - HISTORIC - Create Form widget visible within Historic roles
Within all roles in the HISTORIC site, prevent the Create Form button being visible on homepages when viewed on narrow viewports.

48048 - EPORTFOLIO - Numerical data vs Textual data checkboxes working in reverse (NEP 3743)
Within ALL sites, reverse the behaviour of the Numerical data vs Textual data checkboes within the Analyse Forms feature, restoring previous behaviour.

48049 - EPORTFOLIO - Analyse Forms not working when default form title contains an ampersand (NEP 3743)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue that prevents Analyse Forms from being able to output details of forms where the published form title contains an ampersand.

48052 - EPORTFOLIO - Completed undeliverable tickets remain in Declined_Expired column not Completed column
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby tickets that have been completed despite the email notification messages being undeliverable remain displayed in the Declined / Expired column, not the Completed column of the Ticket overview page.
