Within ALL sites, replace the existing date picker with the browser default date picker.

47574 - SNHSFT - New Site Build (NEP-1701)
Establish a new site - SNHSFT - for Stockport NHS Foundation Trust

48113 - FPA - 02 - Move FPA users to historic role
Remove any/all FPA roles, replacing these with a historic role that provides appropriate signposting.

48114 - FPA - 03 - Prepare FPA data extract
