Release 36.3 - Sat 13 August 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 36.3, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 13th August 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 44788 - EPORTFOLIO - Usability improvements to rating-comment and link modals
  • 44834 - EPORTFOLIO - Evaluate EF Reverse POCO generator
  • 45031 - PHYSICIAN - Amendments to MCR Summaries (ZEN 48116)
  • 45032 - PHYSICIAN - Summary of progression page update to revised curriculum rating group (ZEN 48119)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 45037 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow Google Analytics in content-security-policy
  • 45053 - PHYSICIAN - Site Training Programme search filter becomes unresponsive (ZEN 48164)

45031 - PHYSICIAN - Amendments to MCR Summaries (ZEN 48116)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update permissions to allow Summary MCR forms to be created by users of the Physician Educational Supervisor role in addition to Physician Clinical Supervisor and Physician JRCPTB Administrator role users.  Additionally, lower the required number of individual MCR forms from 3 to 2 for the following specialties: Allergy, Clinical Neurophysiology, GUM, Haematology, Nuclear Medicine, Palliative Medicine, Aviation and Space Medicine.

45032 - PHYSICIAN - Summary of progression page update to revised curriculum rating group (ZEN 48119)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, replace the existing "Level 1", "Level 2", "Level 3" and "Level 4" levels available when rating clinical CiPs with new more descriptive rating levels: "Level 1: Entrusted to observe only – no provision of clinical care", "Level 2: Entrusted to act with direct supervision", "Level 3: Entrusted to act with indirect supervision" and "Level 4: Entrusted to act unsupervised".  This change is also applied retrospectively to existing ratings and all Summary of Progress pages and Educational Supervisor Report forms that contain functionality based on the old rating levels are also updated to utilise the new rating levels.

45053 - PHYSICIAN - Site Training Programme search filter becomes unresponsive (ZEN 48164)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve the issue whereby the search facility within the Site Training Programme page could result in the browser tab/window freezing.
