Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46908 - FPH - Data Migration - 01 - Profile Information
Establish user accounts / add roles for users of the FPH site using data migrated from the FPH SharePoint based portfolio.

46973 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Ticket Overview Page
Within ALL sites, update the ticket overview page to align the "Complete some of the form" button with other buttons and add a button labelled "View pre-completed form" to tickets in the expired / declined and completed columns to allow viewing of this data.  Additionally, in the completed column, instead of displaying the title of the requested form, display the title of the completed form.

47041 - FPH - Data Migration - 02 - Update FPH Membership Number
Update FPH Membership Numbers for users of the FPH site using data supplied from the FPH CRM system.

47172 - DGFT - Retrieve learning activities from Clinical Imaging programme (NEP-1522)
Retrieve data from e-LfH relating to their "Clinical Imaging" programme and allow linking from this programme in the DGFT site plus sites that have no programme restrictions for linking.

47557 - ICELAND - Update logos (NEP-1475)
Within the ICELAND site, update the logos displayed to include the logo for Heilbrigðisstofnun Suðurlands.

47582 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish redirectors to prevent common 404 errors
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

47583 - FPH - Establish DMS LOSOS form
Within the FPH site, establish a copy of the existing LOSOS form for users with the DMS curriculum.

47584 - FPH - Establish DMS OOP form
Within the FPH site, establish a copy of the existing OOP Request form for users with the DMS curriculum.

47585 - FPH - Establish DMS Activity Summary Sheet form
Within the FPH site, establish a copy of the existing Activity Summary Sheet form for users with the DMS curriculum.

47619 - FPH - Updates to Academic Placements
Within the FPH site, retitle the "Academic Placements" feature as "MPH/MSC Placements".

47620 - FPH - Updates to ARCP Outcome form
Within the FPH site, perform 3 x updates to the ARCP Outcome form as requested.

47621 - FPH - Updates to Completion of Training (CCT) Request form
Within the FPH site, perform 17 x updates to the Completion of Training (CCT) Request form as requested.

47622 - FPH - Updates to LOSOS form
Within the FPH site, prevent the completion of the LOSOS form in response to a ticket by users who do not have the FPH Educational Supervisor role.

47635 - FPH - Updates to Out of Programme (OOP) Request form
Within the FPH site, perform 3 x updates to the Out of Programme (OOP) Request form as requested.

47636 - UHL - Establish new Colleague & Patient Feedback form group and menu item
Within the UHL site, establish a new Colleague & Patient Feedback form group and associated menus to allow the importing of new form designs.

47637 - UHL - Copy MSF process from UHP
Within the UHL site, establish a copy of the MSF process from the UHP site.

47638 - UHL - Copy Patient Feedback process
Within the UHL site, establish a copy of the Patient Feedback process.

47640 - RUH - Copy curricula from other sites to RUH site
Within the RUH site, establish copies of curricula from other sites.

47641 - RUH - Copy form designs from other sites to RUH site
Within the RUH site, establish copies of form designs from other sites.

47642 - RUH - Copy MSF process from UHP
Within the RUH site, establish a copy of the MSF process from the UHP site.

47643 - RUH - Configure Specialties and CertificateTypes
Within the RUH site, ensure that the list of specialties and list of certificate types is appropriately populated.

47644 - EPORTFOLIO - Logo not displayed when editing curriculum
Within the UMeP site, ensure that appropriate logos are displayed when editing curricula.

47652 - JUCD - Unable to comment ratings impacting radar chart
Within the JUCD site, update the logic used for the radar chart included in the MSF Summary form so as not to include "unable to comment" ratings

47653 - HFP - Update chart in Professional Behaviour Assessment (PBA) Summary
Within the HFP site, update the chart included within the"Professional Behaviour Assessment (PBA) Summary" form to improve readability and allow easy comparison with self ratings.

47658 - FPH - Add information text in personal library
Within the FPH site, display information text to FPH Registrars within the Personal Library

47660 - FPH - Activity Summary Sheet UAT 3
Within the FPH site, perform 3 x updates to the Activity Summary Sheet form as requested.
