Release 32.4 - Sat 28 Nov 2020

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 32.4, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 28th November 2020.

  • 4299 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove My Tickets To Complete menu item for non trainees
  • 4422 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to ARCP Report to include C codes (ZEN 43554)
  • 4439 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve performance of Analyse Forms

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 4369 - PEP - Remove broken external links from help text
  • 4452 - BMS PPMC - User Posts report does not generate any results (ZEN 43736)
  • 4476 - EPORTFOLIO - User Info Modal handling of LoadLogin
  • 4523 - EPORTFOLIO - New account users prompted to reset their password a second time

2403 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate EO.Web
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

3014 - PHYSICIAN - Changes to Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) (ZEN 43605)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT)" form such that it now summarises across all posts of the same grade rather than within a single post.

3359 - MOBILE APP - EPORTFOLIO - Usability and styling updates to mobile app
Within the mobile app used for ALL sites, update button styling etc to align with the main website.

4296 - EPORTFOLIO - Improvements to Analyse Forms UI
Within ALL sites, update the Analyse Forms feature, enabling users to delete multiple files at once and improving the form selector.

4299 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove My Tickets To Complete menu item for non trainees
Within ALL non-trainee roles (except "External Assessor"), remove the "My Tickets To Complete" menu item from the top navigation as this replicates the item in the menu accessed by clicking your profile picture.

4369 - PEP - Remove broken external links from help text
Within the PEP site, resolve links to now non-existent sites within help text.

4422 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to ARCP Report to include C codes (ZEN 43554)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "ARCP Report" report to include new C codes established in relation to COVID-19.

4439 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve performance of Analyse Forms
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

4445 - EPORTFOLIO - Add indicator for private files within the Personal Library
Within ALL sites, in the personal library, add a label beside files that have been marked as private, as per the label beside forms that are marked as private.

4452 - BMS PPMC - User Posts report does not generate any results (ZEN 43736)
Within the BMS PPMC site, ensure that the User Posts report is functional.

4454 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to form publish settings admin page
Within ALL sites, update the formatting/layout of the form publish settings page to improve usability by authorised personnel.

4476 - EPORTFOLIO - User Info Modal handling of LoadLogin
Within ALL sites, update the content of the user info popup when it is used to examine the user account associated which automated tasks.

4486 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Nuget Packages

4493 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Javascript Packages
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

4511 - EPORTFOLIO - Update SendGrid authentication to utilise API keys
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

4523 - EPORTFOLIO - New account users prompted to reset their password a second time
Within ALL sites, ensure that after resetting their password using the new password reset process, users are not prompted to reset their password a second time.

4542 - EPORTFOLIO - Improvements to Download / Export UI
Within ALL sites, update the Forms / Curriculum tab within the Download / Export feature, enabling users to delete multiple files at once.
