Release 42.5 - Sat 1 Mar 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 42.5 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 1st March 2025.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 47775 - EPORTFOLIO - Update file download behaviour for certificates and exams
  • 47776 - EPORTFOLIO - Update file download behaviour for personal library files
  • 47792 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove link to X (formerly Twitter) from footer
  • 47801 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve form handler usability by replacing toggles
  • 47802 - EPORTFOLIO - Update default behaviour for forms that can be saved as draft
  • 48036 - MANAGEMENT - Update error handling and monitoring
  • 48122 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Form Titles in Tickets (NEP-3961)
  • 48124 - EPORTFOLIO - Cleanup following deploy of 48082
  • 48178 - PHYSICIAN - Restriction on Specialty being assessed field in forms

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47822 - FHFT - MSF form needs to obey its draft value    
  • 48119 - MANAGEMENT - Duplication in error page    
  • 48179 - EPORTFOLIO - Bulk Admin Trainees fails when saving a single users programme or post details
  • 48185 - FPA - Issues accessing MSF Summary forms    

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

 
47774 - EPORTFOLIO - Update file download behaviour
Within ALL sites, update the default behaviour in relation to uploaded files.
 
47775 - EPORTFOLIO - Update file download behaviour for certificates and exams
Within ALL sites, update the certificates and exams feature to include separate View and Download buttons, with the Download button being displayed to portfolio holders (e.g. trainees) only.
 
47776 - EPORTFOLIO - Update file download behaviour for personal library files
Within ALL sites, update the personal library feature to include separate View and Download buttons, with the Download button being displayed to portfolio holders (e.g. trainees) only.
 
47792 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove link to X (formerly Twitter) from footer
Within ALL sites, remove the link to X from the footer of all pages.

47801 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve form handler usability by replacing toggles
Within ALL sites, replace the toggles at the bottom of forms (e.g. draft/non-draft, private/shared, achieved/not-achieved) to indicate both states prior to selection.
 
47802 - EPORTFOLIO - Update default behaviour for forms that can be saved as draft
Within ALL sites, update the message displayed after saving a form as draft, providing simpler signposting how to return to continue updating the form.
 
48036 - MANAGEMENT - Update error handling and monitoring

48122 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Form Titles in Tickets (NEP-3961)
Within ALL sites, ensure that full form titles instead of the form name are displayed within the Outstanding and Expired/Declined columns of the ticket overview page, the tickets to complete panel/page and in ticket related emails.
 
48124 - EPORTFOLIO - Cleanup following deploy of 48082

48178 - PHYSICIAN - Restriction on Specialty being assessed field in forms
Within the PHYSICIAN site, restrict the options available in the "Specialty (please tick one)" / "Specialty being assessed" fields to only the specialties associated with the parent programme in the following forms: "CbD: Infection Training (CIT & HST)" , "CbD: Medical Microbiology/Virology", "DOPS: Infection Training (CIT & HST)", "DOPS: Medical Microbiology/Virology", "ECE: Infection Training (CIT & HST)", "ECE: Infection Training (CIT_HST)", "ECE: Medical Microbiology/Virology", "miniCEX: Infection Training (CIT & HST)", "mini-CEX: Infection Training (CIT_HST)", "Outpatient Care Assessment Tool (OPCAT) form", and "Project Based Discussion".
 
48180 - SQUMED - Default to root location when adding supervisors (NEP-3934)
Within the SQUMED site, when searching for supervisors to add to posts, default the location filter to the root location, not the post location. 
 
48188 - STIF - Enable Curriculum Sign Off view in STIF site (NEP-3559)
Within the STIF site, provide non-trainees with access to the sign-off view for curricula.
 
47822 - FHFT - MSF form needs to obey its draft value
Within the FHFT site, resolve an issue where draft MSF forms could not be edited.
 
48119 - MANAGEMENT - Duplication in error page

48179 - EPORTFOLIO - Bulk Admin Trainees fails when saving a single users programme or post details
Within ALL sites, resolve error that occurred when modifying a programme or post details for a single user via the bulk admin trainees feature.
 
48185 - FPA - Issues accessing MSF Summary forms
Within the FPA site, resolve the issue whereby MSF Summary forms could not be viewed from the custom MSF overview page.
