Release 35.5 - Sat 16 Apr 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 35.5, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 16th April 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 44136 - MALTA GP - Removal of MALTA GP specific code and database content
  • 44473 - UMeP - Enabling curriculum ratings from unverified sources
  • 44568 - MANAGEMENT - Convert default pages to MVC
  • 44576 - EPORTFOLIO - Automatically update the supervisor search location when modifying post location (ZEN 47067)
  • 44619 - PEP - Add GDC, GOC, GOsC and PSNI registration numbers (ZEN 47236)
  • 44620 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove DisplayUploadItemsInGrid.ascx
  • 44621 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to ARCP Panels administration (ZEN 45782)
  • 44630 - FSRH - Removal of FSRH specific code and database content

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44561 - EPORTFOLIO - GMC Number is mandatory help text shown when GMC Number is not mandatory
  • 44622 - PHYSICIAN - Remove Exam Results Report for users of the Physician Administrator role (ZEN 47311)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

44136 - MALTA GP - Removal of MALTA GP specific code and database content
Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired MALTA GP site.

44473 - UMeP - Enabling curriculum ratings from unverified sources
Within ALL sites, allow the completion of tickets requesting ratings via the "Do Not Keep Records" route, as per tickets requesting forms.

44561 - EPORTFOLIO - GMC Number is mandatory help text shown when GMC Number is not mandatory
Within ALL sites, ensure that help text indicating the GMC number is mandatory within user details is not shown when this is not mandatory.

44568 - MANAGEMENT - Convert default pages to MVC

44576 - EPORTFOLIO - Automatically update the supervisor search location when modifying post location (ZEN 47067)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the location filter for searching for supervisors is automatically updated should the location of the post be modified.

44619 - PEP - Add GDC, GOC, GOsC and PSNI registration numbers (ZEN 47236)
Within the PEP site, allow the recording of individuals GPhC number within their personal details and update other elements (e.g. user search) to support this.

44620 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove DisplayUploadItemsInGrid.ascx
NHS ePortfolios internal item.

44621 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to ARCP Panels administration (ZEN 45782)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the ARCP Panels facility to allow editing of panels by authorised administrators that did not create the panel.

44622 - PHYSICIAN - Remove Exam Results Report for users of the Physician Administrator role (ZEN 47311)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, prevent the "Exam Results" report from being available to users of the "Physician Administrator" role.

44630 - FSRH - Removal of FSRH specific code and database content
Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired FSRH site.
