Release 33.9 - Sat 21 Aug 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 33.9, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 21st August 2021.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 4910 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Courses and Seminars
  • 43260 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Admin Forms overview page
  • 43298 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unused TrainingProgrammes2ApprovedLocations table
  • 43522 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) form
  • 43524 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to comment handling within ticket requests
  • 43526 - UMEP - Eliminate "My Career Thinking" form group

  • 4723 - PHYSICIAN - Selected User Nav displayed on Import College Exams_Certificates page
  • 43487 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove and prevent leading-trailing spaces in form titles
  • 43492 - CSRH - Allow CSRH Senior Administrator to create ARCP forms
  • 43497 - EPORTFOLIO - Self Managed Form Fields with no controlId (ZEN 45272)
  • 43532 - PHYSICIAN - spSqlJob_MCR_Specialty_Summary_Physician_v1 needs updated for MCR ID forms

4910 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Courses and Seminars
Within ALL sites, remove the "Courses and Seminars" functionality that is no longer in use.

43260 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Admin Forms overview page
Within ALL sites, update the admin forms overview page so that the filters match those available when administering curricuala.  Additionally, display and allow searching within published form titles in addition to form design titles.

43298 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unused TrainingProgrammes2ApprovedLocations table
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43487 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove and prevent leading-trailing spaces in form titles
Within ALL sites, prevent leading spaces being included within the titles of forms and curricula as these result in unexpected ordering when these items are sorted by title.

43492 - CSRH - Allow CSRH Senior Administrator to create ARCP forms
Within the CSRH site, provide users of the CSRH Senior Administrator role with the same permissions for ARCP forms as users of ther CSRH Administrator role.

43497 - EPORTFOLIO - Self Managed Form Fields with no controlId (ZEN 45272)

43522 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) form
Within the Physician site, update the "Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT)" form to hide the non-relevant question when created in a post that is not IMY1/IMY2/IMY graded, avoiding un-necessary confusion.

43524 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to comment handling within ticket requests
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43526 - UMEP - Eliminate "My Career Thinking" form group
Within the UMeP site, remove the "My Career Thinking" form group that was only accessible via a small number of sites, relocating forms from that form group to the Reflective Logs form group.

43532 - PHYSICIAN - spSqlJob_MCR_Specialty_Summary_Physician_v1 needs updated for MCR ID forms
Within the Physician site, update the rules for the creation of the "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) Summary - ID, MM, MV and TM" form so that only "3 of any kind", not "3 of a kind" are required.
