Release 40.1 - Wed 3 April 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 40.1 scheduled for deployment on Wednesday the 3rd April 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46856 - FPH - Updates to Programme and Post fields
  • 46913 - FPA - Prevent editing of RCP Code field
  • 46920 - FPH - Prevent editing of Personal Details when using FPH roles
  • 46937 - PHYSICIAN - Additions to header panel in all Summary of Progress pages
  • 46953 - PHU - Allow recording of Student ID within Personal Details (NEP-332)
  • 46996 - EMRTS - New Form Group - Ultrasound Case Reflection
  • 47001 - PHU - Copy form designs and curricula from OUH site to PHU site

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47016 - PHYSICIAN - Error creating ARCP forms (NEP-1223)
  • 47017 - PHYSICIAN - Error opening form Quality Improvement Project Assessment Tool Physician form (NEP-1224)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46856 - FPH - Updates to Programme and Post fields
Within the FPH site, update the fields available for programmes and posts.

46913 - FPA - Prevent editing of RCP Code field
Within the FPA site, update the personal details page so that  users can input a value if the RCP Code field is blank, otherwise it is read-only (except for users of the FPA Senior Administrator role).

46920 - FPH - Prevent editing of Personal Details when using FPH roles
Within the FPH site, prevent the personal details page from being editable by users of all FPH roles except the FPH Senior Administrator role.

46937 - PHYSICIAN - Additions to header panel in all Summary of Progress pages
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update all Summary of Progress pages so that the header includes details of the curriculum and training programme to which it relates.

46953 - PHU - Allow recording of Student ID within Personal Details (NEP-332)
Within the PHU site, update the personal details page to allow recording of "Student ID".

46996 - EMRTS - New Form Group - Ultrasound Case Reflection
Within the EMRTS site, establish a new form group and associated menu item entitled "Ultrasound Case Reflection", replacing the existing "Work Based Assessments" form group.

47001 - PHU - Copy form designs and curricula from OUH site to PHU site
Within the PHU site, establish copies of forms and curricula from the OUH site.

47016 - PHYSICIAN - Error creating ARCP forms (NEP-1223)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve the issue preventing the creation of new ARCP forms for trainees in CT1, CT2, CT3, IMY1, IMY2 and IMY3 grde posts.

47017 - PHYSICIAN - Error opening form Quality Improvement Project Assessment Tool Physician form (NEP-1224)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue preventing the opening of previously saved forms with linked comments.
