Release 40.5 - Sat 4 May 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 40.5 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 4th May 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46987 - PHYSICIAN - Restriction on Specialty being assessed field in forms (NEP-942)
  • 47011 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Clinical Activity and Teaching Attendance  forms
  • 47110 - EPORTFOLIO - Make the validation colours for Self and custom form validation consistent
  • 47137 - UHP - Text update within custom MSF forms (NEP-1428)
  • 47146 - HFP - Basic Site Build UAT tasks (NEP-1439)
  • 47173 - EPORTFOLIO - Update layout of main curriculum view to improve usability

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 46900 - EPORTFOLIO - Login page Privacy link incorrect
  • 47114 - MOBILE APP - Content for trainee roles not available following deployment of r40.3

46900 - EPORTFOLIO - Login page Privacy link incorrect
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

46987 - PHYSICIAN - Restriction on Specialty being assessed field in forms (NEP-942)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update ACAT, CbD, DOPS, MiniCEX, MiniIPX and PBD forms so that the "Specialty Being Assessed" field contains only the specialties that relate to the training programme followed by the trainee.

47011 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Clinical Activity and Teaching Attendance  forms
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish new versions of the "Summary of Clinical Activity and Teaching Attendance - IMT", "Summary of Clinical Activity and Teaching Attendance (CMT)" and " Summary of Clinical Activity and Teaching Attendance (HST)" forms, removing cumulative fields as these are automatically calculated on Summary of Progress pages.

47110 - EPORTFOLIO - Make the validation colours for Self and custom form validation consistent

47114 - MOBILE APP - Content for trainee roles not available following deployment of r40.3
Resolve issue that prevented FPH Registrar users from being able to utilise the mobile app.

47137 - UHP - Text update within custom MSF forms (NEP-1428)
Within the UHP site, modify the "MSF, "Self MSF" and "Summary MSF" forms, replacing references to "advanced clinical practitioner" with simply "advanced practitioner".

47146 - HFP - Basic Site Build UAT tasks (NEP-1439)
Within the HFP site, rename "Post/Posts" as "Rotation/Rotations", add a new "Agreements" form group and correct a typo in "HFP Training Programme Director" role name.

47173 - EPORTFOLIO - Update layout of main curriculum view to improve usability
Within all sites, update the curriculum view to display ratings by default and update styling to condense the display of ratings.
