Within ALL sites, update the My Tickets To Complete widget so that on narrow viewports such as mobile devices, the contents of requested tickets are easy to read.

23 - EPORTFOLIO - Add paging for list of files in Analyse Forms / Download Portfolio [TFS 24107]
Within all sites, add paging to the list of files within the Analyse Forms and Download Portfolio pages to improve navigation/performance.

24 - EPORTFOLIO - Update menu items to improve consistency across sites [TFS 24145]

Within the DPH site, update the permissions on the ESSR form to ensure that users of the ES role can create new filled forms of this type.
