Release 41.6 - Sat 19 Oct 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 41.6 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 19th October 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 47183 - FPA - Updates to numeric fields in CPD Panel (NEP-2667)
  • 47331 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow creation of multiple tickets via Create Ticket pop-up in TAB Overview page
  • 47654 - FPA - Update chart in Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) Summary
  • 47656 - FPA - Addition of CPD Hours roundel to existing CPD Summary page (NEP-2638)
  • 47657 - EPORTFOLIO - Enhance ticket details visible from a form created in response to a ticket
  • 47662 - FPA - Updates to CPD Report (NEP-2637)
  • 47669 - UMEP - WARWICK - Remove non WMS TAB (NEP-2318)
  • 47675 - HFP - Provide users of the HFP Regional Lead role  with the ability to delete all links (NEP-2697)
  • 47696 - SQUMED - Add a specialty filter within the Analyse Forms report (NEP-2621)

  • 47651 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate the CurriculumItemsTitle_Path
  • 47709 - EPORTFOLIO - File upload for custom forms no longer auto links for some forms
  • 47712 - EPORTFOLIO - Custom forms likert control selectable in ReadMode

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

47183 - FPA - Updates to numeric fields in CPD Panel (NEP-2667)
Within the FPA site, update the "CPD Credit" field to allow numeric values in increments of 0.5 and update the hours completed field to allow numeric values in increments of 0.25.

47331 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow creation of multiple tickets via Create Ticket pop-up in TAB Overview page
Within ALL sites that utilise the custom overview page for the TAB/MSF process, replace the existing pop-up for creating ticket requests with the normal ticket creation pop-up used elsewhere, introducing support for multiple recipients and form-pre-filling.

47651 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate the CurriculumItemsTitle_Path

47654 - FPA - Update chart in Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) Summary
Within the FPA site, in the "Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) Summary" form, replace the existing summary charts with a series of new horizontal bar charts, one per question, that makes it easier to review the responses received.

47656 - FPA - Addition of CPD Hours roundel to existing CPD Summary page (NEP-2638)
Within the FPA site, update the "CPD Summary" page to include a new "CPD Hours" roundel in addition to the currently existing "CPD Credits" roundel.

47657 - EPORTFOLIO - Enhance ticket details visible from a form created in response to a ticket
Within ALL sites, update the ticket details accessible by clicking the ticket icon in the header of filled forms, including the addition of a route to view the values that were pre-filled in the ticket request from which the form was subsequently created.

47662 - FPA - Updates to CPD Report (NEP-2637)
Within the FPA site, update the "CPD Report" to include an additional column for "CPD Hours", containing the value displayed in the new roundel added to the "CPD Summary" page by work item VSTS 47656.

47669 - UMEP - WARWICK - Remove non WMS TAB (NEP-2318)
Within the UMeP site, for students at the WARWICK location, retire the non WMS TAB forms and remove the associated menu items.  (Existing non WMS TAB forms will remain available to access via the All Forms page)

47675 - HFP - Provide users of the HFP Regional Lead role  with the ability to delete all links (NEP-2697)
Within the HFP site, provide users of the "HFP Regional Lead" role with the ability to delete links created by others in addition to links they have created themselves.

47696 - SQUMED - Add a specialty filter within the Analyse Forms report (NEP-2621)
Within ALL sites, update the Analyse Forms feature to include a filter for "Specialty".

47709 - EPORTFOLIO - File upload for custom forms no longer auto links for some forms
