Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46095 - PEP - Copy QIPAT form
Within the PEP site, establish a new "Quality Improvement Project Assessment Tool (QIPAT)" form within the "SLE" form group.

46171 - UHP - New Site Build (ZEN 50740)
Establish a new site - UHP - for University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust

46344 - FPH - New Site Build (ZEN 50129)
Establish a new site - FPH - for Faculty of Public Health

46455 - OUH - Create new role for OUH Line Manager (ZEN 49398)
Within the OUH site, establish a new role entitled "OUH Line Manager", replicating the permissions from the "OUH Supervisor" role.

46457 - OUH - Ensure Import Users allows NMC PIN to be specified (ZEN 49398)
Within the OUH site, ensure that the "Import Users" facility allows a value to be provided for the "NMC PIN" in new user accounts

46467 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Analyse Forms output to include details of last modified by values
Within ALL sites, update the output generated by the Analyse Forms facility so that it includes the last modified date/time and user in addition to the created date/time and user.

46470 - OUH - Update specialties (ZEN 49398)
Within the OUH site, update the list of specialties available for selection.

46471 - OUH - Update CertificateTypes (ZEN 49398)
Within the OUH site, update the list of certificate types available for selection.

46472 - OUH - Copy curricula from JUCD and SWFT sites to OUH site (ZEN 49398)
Within the OUH site, establish copies of curricula from the JUCD and SWFT sites.

46479 - UHP - Copy curricula from JUCD and SWFT sites to UHP site (ZEN 50740)
Within the UHP site, establish copies of curricula from the JUCD and SWFT sites.

46481 - HWICS - Copy curricula from JUCD and SWFT sites to HWICS site (ZEN 49763)
Within the HWICS site, establish copies of curricula from the JUCD and SWFT sites.

46505 - JUCD - Updates to MSF Self Assessment form (NEP-93)
Within the JUCD site, update the MSF and MSF Self Assessment forms to only show registration numbers already associated with the user.

46548 - FPA - Addition of Unsure option in Mandatory Training question within Annual Appraisal form (ZEN 51037)
Within the FPA site, update the "Annual Appraisal" form so that the "Mandatory Training" question in the "Summary of evidence on the ePortfolio" section has three answer options - "Yes","No","Unsure" - instead of the previous two answer options - "Yes" and "No".

46551 - FPA - Retitle menu item and form group (ZEN 51038)
Within the FPA site, retitle the "New CPD Entry" form group and menu item to "New CPD Event / Activity".
