Release 35.2 - Sat 26 Feb 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 35.2, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 26th February 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 43927 - EPORTFOLIO - New Completed Ratings page for External Assessors
  • 44200 - EPORTFOLIO - Changes to email handling for Help Support form (ZEN 46683)
  • 44276 - EPORTFOLIO - Set sender name on outgoing email messages
  • 44340 - NIGHTINGALE - Removal of NIGHTINGALE specific code and database content
  • 44347 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve responsiveness of offline task processor
  • 44349 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure unsupported browser warning is shown for all Internet Explorer versions
  • 44421 - CSRH - Migrate absence data to absence form
  • 44373 - CSRH - Remove Absences menu item (ZEN 46459)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44415 - EPORTFOLIO - Amend Alert Expiry Date to be inclusive (ZEN 47011)
  • 44449 - RCEM - Remove remaining roles
  • 44450 - CSRH - Addition of help text on Procedures Summary page

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

43927 - EPORTFOLIO - New Completed Ratings page for External Assessors
Within the EXTERNAL site, establish a new "Completed Ratings" page where users of the "External Assessor" role can view details of ratings they have provided for others and, optionally download those details.

44200 - EPORTFOLIO - Changes to email handling for Help Support form (ZEN 46683)
Within the MANAGEMENT site, update the Support Form Targets admin page to allow it to be specified if support form contents should be sent to the target from the users email address or the generic noreply address.

44276 - EPORTFOLIO - Set sender name on outgoing email messages
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

44340 - NIGHTINGALE - Removal of NIGHTINGALE specific code and database content
Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired NIGHTINGALE site.

44347 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve responsiveness of offline task processor
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

44349 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure unsupported browser warning is shown for all Internet Explorer versions
Ensure that users of unsupported browsers are shown a visible warning message indicating that they should use a modern browser.

44421 - CSRH - Migrate absence data to absence form
Within the CSRH site, migrate data previously provided via the Profile > Absences menu item into new Absence forms.

44373 - CSRH - Remove Absences menu item (ZEN 46459)
Within the CSRH site, remove the Profile > Absences menu item.

44415 - EPORTFOLIO - Amend Alert Expiry Date to be inclusive (ZEN 47011)
Within ALL sites, adjust the behaviour of alerts so that they remain visible until the end of the expiry date.

44449 - RCEM - Remove remaining roles
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

44450 - CSRH - Addition of help text on Procedures Summary page
Within the CSRH site, on the Procedures Summary page, add a help icon with descriptive text beside the "Expected Level" title.
