Release 33.7 - Sat 12 Jun 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 33.7, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 12th June 2021.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 5102 - EPORTFOLIO - Update wording for forgotten password process
  • 5120 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate Friendly Titles from Form Groups
  • 5130 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Form Group Admin Page
  • 43201 - PHYSICIAN - Change Save button label on Patient Survey form
  • 43300 - UMeP - WARWICK - Tidy of CCE End of block forms (ZEN 44895)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 4868 - EPORTFOLIO - Form Group names in "Summary Report" differ from Form Group names in "All Forms"
  • 43302 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect content in XML Data notification message (ZEN 44992)

4868 - EPORTFOLIO - Form Group names in "Summary Report" differ from Form Group names in "All Forms"
Within ALL sites, ensure that the "Summary Report" report displays accurate form group names.
 
5102 - EPORTFOLIO - Update wording for forgotten password process

5120 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate Friendly Titles from Form Groups
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.
 
5130 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Form Group Admin Page
Within ALL sites, update the Form Group admin page to ensure compatibility with new database schema.
 
43201 - PHYSICIAN - Change Save button label on Patient Survey form
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the button at the bottom of the Patient Survey form from "Save" to "Submit" based on customer/user feedback.
 
43300 - UMeP - WARWICK - Tidy of CCE End of block forms (ZEN 44895)
Within the UMeP site, for the Warwick location, update publishing rules for the "CCE End of Block" form that were created in error.
 
43302 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect content in XML Data notification message (ZEN 44992)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the email message sent to the user once their XML Data export file is ready to download contains accurate instructions.
