Release 35.7 - Sat 21 May 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 35.7, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 21st May 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 44447 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate from Bootstrap v3.4.1 to v5.x
  • 44523 - EPORTFOLIO - Additional Auto Populated question types in Self-Managed Forms

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44674 - PEP - "Profile" menu named "User Home" on User Navigation Toolbar
  • 44708 - EPORTFOLIO - Copy curriculum button not working whilst editing in use curriculum (ZEN 47549)
  • 44709 - EPORTFOLIO - Forms unavailable to add to a PDF (ZEN 47356)
  • 44714 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent pre-selection of first rating value when adding a rating/comment (ZEN 47583)
  • 44724 - PHYSICIAN - Typo in tooltip on Summary of Progress (IMT) page (ZEN 47609)
  • 44729 - PHYSICIAN - ESR Form Titles do not include overall progress value
  • 44746 - CSRH - Educational Supervisors Report 2021 form not pulling data from most recent ARCP form (ZEN 47647)
  • 44747 - EPORTFOLIO - Speech Recognition available on read-only fields

44523 - EPORTFOLIO - Additional Auto Populated question types in Self-Managed Forms
Within ALL sites, allow authorised users to insert auto-populated fields for all registration number types associated with the current site, not just the GMC number.

44674 - PEP - "Profile" menu named "User Home" on User Navigation Toolbar
Within the PEP site, retitle the "User Home" menu to "Profile" to ensure consistency with other sites / shared documentation.

44708 - EPORTFOLIO - Copy curriculum button not working whilst editing in use curriculum (ZEN 47549)
Within ALL sites, ensure that they "Copy Curriculum" button displayed when attempting to edit an in-use curriculum works are designed.

44709 - EPORTFOLIO - Forms unavailable to add to a PDF (ZEN 47356)
Within ALL sites, ensure that all forms accessible via the All Forms page are available for inclusion within a PDF file generated via the Download / Export feature.

44714 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent pre-selection of first rating value when adding a rating/comment (ZEN 47583)
Within ALL sites, prevent user bias by stopping the first available rating level being selected by default.

44724 - PHYSICIAN - Typo in tooltip on Summary of Progress (IMT) page (ZEN 47609)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the reference from "ACAT" to "CbD" within the tooltip in section 7 of the Summary of Progress (IMT) page.

44729 - PHYSICIAN - ESR Form Titles do not include overall progress value
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the form titles within newly released ESR forms to include the value from the Overall Progress field, as per the ESR (IMT) form.

44746 - CSRH - Educational Supervisors Report 2021 form not pulling data from most recent ARCP form (ZEN 47647)
Within the CSRH site, updat the Educational Supervisors Report 2021 form to ensure that data is retrieved from the most recent ARCP form.

44747 - EPORTFOLIO - Speech Recognition available on read-only fields
