Release 38.5 - Sat 2 September 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 38.5 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 2nd September 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46056 - FPA - Establish MSF and MSF Summary Forms (ZEN 50393)
  • 46110 - FPA - Updates to form groups and associated menus (ZEN 50399)
  • 46129 - FPA - Establish new CPD Panel for use in forms (ZEN 50562)
  • 46130 - FPA - Allow assignation of posts to CPD periods (ZEN 50563)
  • 46131 - FPA - User Lockout Feature (VSTS 50564)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 46019 - EPORTFOLIO - No "Account Locked Out" email generated when user is locked out signing a form or rating curriculum item
  • 46140 - EPORTFOLIO - Viewing FPA Patient survey form on a mobile device - attachment area out of alignment

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46019 - EPORTFOLIO - No "Account Locked Out" email generated when user is locked out signing a form or rating curriculum item
Within ALL sites, ensure that an "Account Locked Out" email message is generated following multiple failed attempts to login when signing a form or rating a curriculum item as another user (as per the normal login form).

46056 - FPA - Establish MSF and MSF Summary Forms (ZEN 50393)
Within the FPA site, create new "MSF" and "MSF Summary" forms.

46110 - FPA - Updates to form groups and associated menus (ZEN 50399)
Within the FPA site, enable e-LfH integration, establish new form groups and update menus as appropriate.

46129 - FPA - Establish new CPD Panel for use in forms (ZEN 50562)
Within the FPA site, establish a new "CPD Panel" that can be incorporated into form designs, allowing users to record details of CPD credits within forms.

46130 - FPA - Allow assignation of posts to CPD periods (ZEN 50563)
Within the FPA site, allow users to assign posts to a specific CPD Period / Year.

46131 - FPA - User Lockout Feature (VSTS 50564)
Within the FPA site, implement a feature that prevents users from accessing their portfolios if their programme has a status of "Benefit Hold"

46140 - EPORTFOLIO - Viewing FPA Patient survey form on a mobile device - attachment area out of alignment
Within ALL sites, ensure that when a file is uploaded within a forms, that the name of the uploaded file remains visible on narrow devices (e.g. mobile phones).
