Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44423 - EPORTFOLIO - Supervisor(s) can be removed accidentally when editing Post Details
  • 44488 - UMEP - CbD form makes reference to Trainee and Educational Supervisor roles
  • 44503 - CSRH - Error on Completed Forms page attempting to view an "Induction and Appraisal" form

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

4955 - PHYSICIAN - New ARCP Panel functionality (ZEN 45782)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish new ARCP Panel functionality to help streamline the ARCP process.

44091 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to the ARCP form
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the ARCP form so that the Specialties and Deaneries available for selection within the form reflect those used elsewhere within the ePortfolio.

44133 - RCEM - Removal of RCEM specific code and database content
Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired RCEM site.

44254 - PHYSICIAN - Update MCR forms permissions (ZEN 46144)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update existing MCR and MCR summary forms so that they are only available within posts of specific grades.

44260 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate Available Forms tab (ZEN 46271)
Within ALL sites, remove the "Available Forms" tabs whilst introducing a "+ Create Form" button consistent with the home page that users can use to create forms and tickets.

44368 - PA - Site Build Stage 2
Within the PA site, establish additional functionality based that which already exists within the UMeP site.

44366 - PA - Practical Skills and Procedures (ZEN 45694)
Within the PA site, make the Practical Skills and Procedures forms and Summary of Progress page available to users with the Practical Skills and Procedures curriculum.

44367 - PA - Team Assessment Behaviour (TAB) process (ZEN 45694)
Within the PA site, establish Self TAB, TAB and Summary TAB forms.

44399 - PHYSICIAN - New Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) forms - Batch 3 (ZEN 46957)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish 4 x new "Educational Supervisor Report (ESR)" forms for trainees with the following curricula: "Physician Infectious Diseases 2021 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)", "Physician Tropical Medicine 2021 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)", "RCPath Medical Microbiology 2021 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" and/or "RCPath Medical Virology Medicine 2021 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)".

44400 - PHYSICIAN - Update Health and Probity questions in IMT ESR form (ZEN 46469)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the existing Educational Supervisor's Report (IMT) form to include the health and probity questions recently added to similar forms established for specialties with updated curricula for 2021.

44423 - EPORTFOLIO - Supervisor(s) can be removed accidentally when editing Post Details

44434 - UMEP - Updates to Summary of Progress (Practical skills and procedures) page (ZEN 46673)
Within the UMeP site, remove extraneous options from the "Actions" menu on the Summary of Progress (Practical skills and procedures) page.

44435 - UMEP - Updates to Practical Skills and Procedures Curriculum (ZEN 46673)
Within the UMeP site, update the rating options available within the Practical Skills and Procedures curriculum so that they include an indication as to which rating level is the target level students should achieve.

44472 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Site Training Programme Audit Report
Within ALL sites, establish a new report entitled "Site Training Programme Audit Report" that provides site owners with details about all training programmes available within their site.

44484 - UMEP - Add column headings to Summary of Progress (Practical Skills and Procedures) page
Within the UMeP site, add column headings to the Summary of Progress (Practical Skills and Procedures) page, providing users with details of how the indicators are triggered.

44488 - UMEP - CbD form makes reference to Trainee and Educational Supervisor roles
Within the UMeP site, update wording within the CBD, DOPS, DCT and MiniCEX forms, replacing references to Trainees and Supervisors with references to Students and Tutors/Mentors.

44503 - CSRH - Error on Completed Forms page attempting to view an "Induction and Appraisal" form
