Release 33.5 - Sat 22 May 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 33.5, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 22nd May 2021.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 4354 - CSRH - New CSRH Resources page (ZEN 43643)
  • 4727 - EPORTFOLIO - Add other registration numbers to Analyse Forms report (ZEN 43954)
  • 5111 - PHYSICIAN - Add Import User Training Programmes tool (ZEN 44687)
  • 5116 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to admin curriculum facility
  • 3160 - UMEP - Change Training Lockout Period

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 34880 - EPORTFOLIO - Items uploaded to a Personal Library not shown on a form when linked
  • 43192 - FICM - Role shown as 'ICM Educational Supervisor' on 'Post \ Supervisors' page
  • 43224 - EPORTFOLIO - Error message after saving a form in response to a ticket

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

4354 - CSRH - New CSRH Resources page (ZEN 43643)
Within the CSRH site, create a new top level menu item called "Resources" and remove the "Information" menu item from within the "Help" menu.

4727 - EPORTFOLIO - Add other registration numbers to Analyse Forms report (ZEN 43954)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the output from the Analyse Forms facility contains ALL registration number types not just the GMC Number.

5111 - PHYSICIAN - Add Import User Training Programmes tool (ZEN 44687)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, for users of the Physician JRCPTB Administrator role, add a new facility for adding new user training programmes to existing users en-masse.

5116 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to admin curriculum facility
Within ALL sites, update the curriculum admin facility to include drag and drop re-ordering of items, searching and other usability enhancements.

34880 - EPORTFOLIO - Items uploaded to a Personal Library not shown on a form when linked
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue where all linked items were not displayed.

43160 - UMEP - Change Training Lockout Period
Within the UMeP site, modify the lockout rule to be based off the end of programme instead of end of post.

43192 - FICM - Role shown as 'ICM Educational Supervisor' on 'Post \ Supervisors' page
Within the FICM site, ensure that supervisor roles listed against posts are correctly prefixed with FICM and not ICM.

43224 - EPORTFOLIO - Error message after saving a form in response to a ticket
Within ALL sites, prevent an error from occurring after saving a form in response to a ticket request under certain circumstances.
