Release 39.4 - Sat 13 January 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 39.4 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 13th January 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46606 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to ticket email subject and content (NEP-247)
  • 46626 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to user search
  • 46648 - EPORTFOLIO - Set default action in advanced user search modal
  • 46672 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove IE11 support
  • 46673 - UHP - Copy MSF custom forms JUCD site to UHP site
  • 46675 - NUH - Copy MSF custom forms JUCD site to NUH site (NEP-411)
  • 46680 - EPORTFOLIO - Merge Rating Groups
  • 46681 - UHP - Disable ticketing by roles other than the UHP User role
  • 46683 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to Import Users feature to allow bulk importing of non-trainees
  • 46685 - STIF - Enable deletion of curriculum ratings by STIF Senior Administrators (NEP-437)
  • 46687 - EPORTFOLIO  - Updates to supervisor search within post admin pop-up
  • 46689 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove jQuery-ui

  • 46678 - MANAGEMENT - Form Group discrepancy when administering associations
  • 46682 - UHP - Import User facility cannot handle lack of locations
  • 46705 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure trainee post details remain visible when completing a ticket request (NEP-461)

46587 - EPORTFOLIO - Follow-on CSS bugs from 46380
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

46606 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to ticket email subject and content (NEP-247)
Within ALL sites, genericise the content of ticket emails, e.g. removing references to trainee/student/practitioner and assessments.

46616 - PHYSICIAN - Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) Summary forms createable despite their being no forms to summarise (NEP-243)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, prevent the manual creation of additional MCR Summary forms where there are no further MCR forms available to be summarised by existing MCR Summary forms.

46626 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to user search
Within ALL sites, update the user search feature to improve performance.

46648 - EPORTFOLIO - Set default action in advanced user search modal
Within ALL sites, update the advanced user search modal so that pressing the Enter/Return key on the keyboard actions the search.

46649 - EPORTFOLIO - Multiple UserCurriculumItem records (NEP-359)
Within ALL sites, remove duplication from the UserCurriculumItem table that was causing some linked items visible in the link popup to not be displayed on the main curriculum page.

46672 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove IE11 support
Within ALL sites, remove custom code added solely to support the use of the now discontinued Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 browser.

46673 - UHP - Copy MSF custom forms JUCD site to UHP site
Within the UHP site, establish MSF Self, MSF and MSF Summary forms as per those in the JUCD site.

46675 - NUH - Copy MSF custom forms JUCD site to NUH site (NEP-411)
Within the NUH site, establish MSF Self, MSF and MSF Summary forms as per those in the JUCD site.

46678 - MANAGEMENT - Form Group discrepancy when administering associations
Within the MANAGEMENT site, ensure that only appropriate form groups are displayed when administering associations.

46680 - EPORTFOLIO - Merge Rating Groups
Within the HWICS, OUH and UHP sites, merge identical rating groups that have been established as a result of curricula being copied from multiple sites.

46681 - UHP - Disable ticketing by roles other than the UHP User role
Within the UHP site, prevent all roles except from the "UHP User" role from sending ticket requests.

46682 - UHP - Import User facility cannot handle lack of locations
Within the UHP site, resolve the issue that was preventing the Import User feature from being usable.

46683 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to Import Users feature to allow bulk importing of non-trainees
Within ALL sites, update the Import Users feature to allow it to be utilised for creating supervisors etc en-masse, in addition to trainees.

46685 - STIF - Enable deletion of curriculum ratings by STIF Senior Administrators (NEP-437)
Within the STIF site, allow users of the STIF Senior Administrator role to delete curriculum ratings added to the trainee curricula by other users.

46687 - EPORTFOLIO  - Updates to supervisor search within post admin pop-up
Within the FPA site, add a new default option entitled "All Roles" to the role selector when searching for supervisors to associiate with a post.

46689 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove jQuery-ui
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

46705 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure trainee post details remain visible when completing a ticket request (NEP-461)
Within ALL sites, ensure that when responding to a ticket request, that the details of the senders post remain visible to the responder.
