Release 37.0 - Sat 10 December 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 37.0 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 10th December 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 45007 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Assessor DDL (Custom/Self Managed forms) (ZEN 48080)
  • 45133 - PEP - Update to Trainer-Assessor Position (ZEN 45451)
  • 45157 - PEP - Updates to TAB Guidance (ZEN 48471)
  • 45159 - PEP - Primary Care Scope of Practice Table (ZEN 48348)
  • 45222 - PEP - Update to trainers position in Mini-clinical evaluation exercise for learning (mini-CEX) form (ZEN 45451)
  • 45276 - IOPPN - Competency Assessment forms (Mid Placement and End of Placement) (ZEN 48749)
  • 45439 - EPORTFOLIO - Update ticket email content
  • 45440 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Recent Activity email content

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 45390 - EPORTFOLIO - First-time users logged out when selecting Home Page icon after completing Declaration form.
  • 45397 - EPORTFOLIO - System.NullReferenceException error appears in admin error logs when editing a Target Timeline
  • 45404 - EPORTFOLIO - Table Labels not visible in some forms on screens with narrow viewports

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

45007 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Assessor DDL (Custom/Self Managed forms) (ZEN 48080)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that all forms containing "Assessor's Position" and/or "Assessor Status" fields are updated to include an updated list of choices as provided by JRCPTB.

45133 - PEP - Update to Trainer-Assessor Position (ZEN 45451)
Within the PEP site, update the assessors position / specific roles fields within the TAB form and TAB overview page.

45157 - PEP - Updates to TAB Guidance (ZEN 48471)
Within the PEP site, update the guidance text displayed on the TAB overview page and within the Self TAB and TAB forms.

45159 - PEP - Primary Care Scope of Practice Table (ZEN 48348)
Within the PEP site, establish a new "Primary Care Scope of Practice" form.

45222 - PEP - Update to trainers position in Mini-clinical evaluation exercise for learning (mini-CEX) form (ZEN 45451)
Within the PEP site, establish a new Mini-CEX form with updates to the "Trainers Position" field.

45276 - IOPPN - Competency Assessment forms (Mid Placement and End of Placement) (ZEN 48749)
Within the IoPPN site, establish new versions of the Mid Placement Competency Assessment and End of Placement Competency Assessment forms.
