Release 29.4 - Fri 8 Nov 2019

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 29.4, scheduled for deployment on Fri 8 Nov 2019.

Update items included in this build are:

  • 2193 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve usability of Certificates and Exams page (ZEN 39394)
  • 2275 - EPORTFOLIO - Certificate and Exam Reporting
  • 2439 - PHYSICIAN - Update to QI Audit Teaching and Clinical Activities page (ZEN 40380)
  • 2482 - EPORTFOLIO - Make all report pages have the same Run Report button
  • 2483 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unused page IdentifyAccountsByDates.aspx
  • 2531 - EPORTFOLIO - SqlJobs  NextRunDateTime is incorrect, fix this

Fixes included in this build are:

  • 2415 - EPORTFOLIO - Create Forms widget error when user has two current posts in selected role (ZEN 40312)
  • 2487 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow role switching without signed declarations (ZEN 40487)
  • 2491 - EPORTFOLIO - All Trainee Curriculums report error
  • 2609 - PHYSICIAN - Draft IM DOPS form can be viewed and edited by owner but not by person the person who saved it as draft (ZEN 40710)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

2193 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve usability of Certificates and Exams page (ZEN 39394)
Within ALL sites, update the "Certificates and Exams" page to include a new Current/Expired/All filter.

2275 - EPORTFOLIO - Certificate and Exam Reporting
Within the UNDERGRADUATE and PHYSICIAN sites, provide access to the new Certificate and Exam Report

2415 - EPORTFOLIO - Create Forms widget error when user has two current posts in selected role (ZEN 40312)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby forms were not available to create via the "Create Forms" homepage widget when a user has two current posts within the same role.

2439 - PHYSICIAN - Update to QI Audit Teaching and Clinical Activities page (ZEN 40380)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update content on the "QI/Audit, Teaching and Clinical Activities" page.

2482 - EPORTFOLIO - Make all report pages have the same Run Report button

2483 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unused page IdentifyAccountsByDates.aspx

2487 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow role switching without signed declarations (ZEN 40487)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby it was not possible to switch out of a role that required declarations to be signed before the role could be used.

2491 - EPORTFOLIO - All Trainee Curriculums report error
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that prevented the "All Trainee Curriculums" report from running.

2531 - EPORTFOLIO - SqlJobs  NextRunDateTime is incorrect, fix this

2609 - PHYSICIAN - Draft IM DOPS form can be viewed and edited by owner but not by person the person who saved it as draft (ZEN 40710)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the permissions for the IM DOPS forms.
