Below are the items that are to be included in Release 29.6, scheduled for deployment on Sat 23 Nov 2019.

• 2468 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Years option in Date filters
• 2490 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new centralised Download / Export feature
• 2512 - RCEM - New User Reports (ZEN 40544)
• 2535 - UNDERGRADUATE - SUNDERLAND - Making site available to Sunderland (ZEN 40574)
• 2558 - EPORTFOLIO - Cleanup UserDetailDTO Domain object
• 2569 - EPORTFOLIO - No longer followed curricula listed in current group in associations popup (ZEN 40649)
• 2584 - EPORTFOLIO - On form pages do not allow locked out posts to be displayed when creating

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

1846 - BBT - MSF Summary Forms and MSF Summary Page (ZEN 40238)
Within the BBT site, establish a new MSF Summary Form and associates MSF overview page.

2400 - UNDERGRADUATE - NEWCASTLE - Data Removal
Within the UMEP site, remove all data relating to Newcastle University School of Medical Education.

2468 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Years option in Date filters
Within ALL sites, remove the "years" option within date range filters.

2490 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new centralised Download / Export feature
Within ALL sites, relocate all download / export facilities into a single facility accessed via a single item in the Profile menu.

2512 - RCEM - New User Reports (ZEN 40544)
Within the RCEM site, establish two new reports, the "Trainee Programme Report" and the "Roles by User" report.

2515 - EPORTFOLIO - Fix ticket request page not updating when new ticket is created
Within ALL sites, ensure that the ticket overview page is updated to include new tickets after they are created.

2518 - EPORTFOLIO - Fix Courses and Seminars widget
Within ALL sites, update the "Courses and Seminars" widget to improve usability, particularly on narrow screens such as mobile devices.

2519 - EPORTFOLIO - Roles shown multiple times in user search results
Within ALL sites, ensure that roles present within a user account are only displayed once in search results.

2535 - UNDERGRADUATE - SUNDERLAND - Making site available to Sunderland (ZEN 40574)
Within the UMEP site, establish a new location for use by the University of Sunderland Medical School.

2555 - EPORTFOLIO - Switch Selected User feature broken when used from selected user curriculum page
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that prevented the "Switch Selected User" feature from working when launched from a page containing a curriculum.

2558 - EPORTFOLIO - Cleanup UserDetailDTO Domain object

2569 - EPORTFOLIO - No longer followed curricula listed in current group in associations popup (ZEN 40649)
Within ALL sites, ensure that non current curricula (i.e. those that are marked as "No Longer Followed") are listed separately from current curricula.

2584 - EPORTFOLIO - On form pages do not allow locked out posts to be displayed when creating
Within ALL sites, prevent the selection of locked out posts on form overview pages and/or show or show a message indicating why forms cannot be created within that post where the post still has to remain available for selection.

2595 - EPORTFOLIO - Bug with LibraryApiController

2610 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Login Details tab on Personal Details page
Within ALL sites, update the Login Details tab in Profile > Personal Details to improve usability.
