Below are the items that are to be included in Release 36.0, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 9th July 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

44829 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate and remove MedicalCouncilDomain.aspx if unused
44831 - EPORTFOLIO - Enhance search facility within Your Trainees panel
44859 - PHYSICIAN - Change to Cardiology DOPS custom form permissions (ZEN 47862)
44886 - UHL - New Site Build (ZEN 47694)

Fixes included in this release are:

44836 - PHYSICIAN - Form Title Formula for Clinical Radiology Educational Supervisors Structured Report form includes unavailable fields
44860 - EPORTFOLIO - Error generated when accessing profile of users with no primary email address.
44899 - PHYSICIAN - Incorrect wording shown when attempting to create an Online Patient summary form
44929 - UMEP - Speech Recognition icon shown where no text input field exists in Audit form
44933 - PHYSICIAN - Users with ARCP Reviewer role have excess permissions to create forms (ZEN 47978)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

44617 - EPORTFOLIO - Replace references to Turas dashboard with My Turas
Ensure links to the "Turas Dashboard" are retitled "My Turas" to reflect the name change of that product

44829 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate and remove MedicalCouncilDomain.aspx if unused

44831 - EPORTFOLIO - Enhance search facility within Your Trainees panel
Within ALL sites, update the Your Trainees panel to allow searching by email address and/or registation numbers in addition to name

44859 - PHYSICIAN - Change to Cardiology DOPS custom form permissions (ZEN 47862)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the rules for existing cardiology DOPS forms so that they are only available to trainees with pre 2022 cardiology curricula

44886 - UHL - New Site Build (ZEN 47694)
Establish a new site - UHL - for University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL)

44836 - PHYSICIAN - Form Title Formula for Clinical Radiology Educational Supervisors Structured Report form includes unavailable fields
Within the PHYSICIAN site, remove erroneous fields from the title formula from the ESSR form that are resulting in (), () being displayed in the titles of saved forms

44860 - EPORTFOLIO - Error generated when accessing profile of users with no primary email address
Fix the accounts of two users so that they can access their personal details

44899 - PHYSICIAN - Incorrect wording shown when attempting to create an Online Patient summary form
Updates the help text shown when a user who does not have permission attempts to create an Online Patient Survey Summary Form to "You do not have privileges to create this type of form."

44929 - UMEP - Speech Recognition icon shown where no text input field exists in Audit form
Within the UMEP site, fix the issue where the speech recognition icon is shown next to a field which isn't a text input field

44933 - PHYSICIAN - Users with ARCP Reviewer role have excess permissions to create forms (ZEN 47978)
Within the Physician site, ensure that the Physician ARCP Reviewer role can only create the following forms: ARCP, Interim Review, PYA forms (of which there are multiple)
