Release 44.2 - Thu 27 Nov 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 44.2 scheduled for deployment on Thursday the 27th November 2025.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 48550 - PHYSICIAN - Endocrinology and Diabetes PYR form update (NEP-4844)
  • 49050 - PEP - Add CPD Hours count to CASP Summary of Progress page
  • 49052 - PHYSICIAN - Ensure registration numbers are listed in separate columns within report output (NEP-5422)
  • 49061 - HFP - Update Training Lockout Rules (NEP-5997)
  • 49072 - OUH - Establish new Job Planning form group and menu item

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 48573 - PHYSICIAN - Resolve inconsistent highlighting of rows
  • 49045 - HFP - Summary of Progress page text updates (NEP-6482)
  • 49046 - HFP - Update "Assurance Panel Outcome" form to ensure auto-population of Start of Training Year field (NEP-5040)
  • 49049 - PEP - Ensure items related mainly to management of leadership experience are not included twice in the CASP Summary of Progress page
  • 49051 - UMeP - Chester - Missing permission for Summary TAB
  • 49077 - PHYSICIAN - Update MCR Year Summary Sheet to only display summary of 2 or more forms
  • 49078 - FOUNDATION - ForceDeclarations breaks AllForms lazy loaded permissions

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

48550 - PHYSICIAN - Endocrinology and Diabetes PYR form update (NEP-4844)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, increase the size of the information icon for "2.5. Providing diagnosis, support and management for people with endocrine disorders in the outpatient and ambulatory settings" within the "Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Endocrinology & Diabetes Mellitus" form.

48573 - PHYSICIAN - Resolve inconsistent highlighting of rows
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve styling issues when hovering over rows on Summary of Progress pages

49045 - HFP - Summary of Progress page text updates (NEP-6482)
Within the HFP site, perform some text updates within the Summary of Progress page to better describe content.

49046 - HFP - Update "Assurance Panel Outcome" form to ensure auto-population of Start of Training Year field (NEP-5040)
Within the HFP site, update the "Assurance Panel Outcome" form so that the Start of Training Year field is automatically populated with the start date of the parent programme (but can be modified, if required).

49049 - PEP - Ensure items related mainly to management of leadership experience are not included twice in the CASP Summary of Progress page
Within the PEP site, ensure that forms that are counted/listed in the "Management & Leadership Pillar" because the "Does this form relate mainly to a management or leadership experience?" question has been answered positively are not counted/listed elsewhere on the Summary of Progress page, preventing double counting.

49050 - PEP - Add CPD Hours count to CASP Summary of Progress page
Within the PEP site, update the CASP Summary of Progress page to include a highly visible count of "CPD Hours".  Additionally, include a count of the total number of forms being used across the summary and highlight completion of the multiprofessional framework.

49051 - UMeP - Chester - Missing permission for Summary TAB
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49052 - PHYSICIAN - Ensure registration numbers are listed in separate columns within report output (NEP-5422)
Within ALL sites, split registration numbers into separate columns by type instead of semicolon separated list in a single column.

49061 - HFP - Update Training Lockout Rules (NEP-5997)
Within the HFP site, update the Training Lockout rules so that all roles are locked-out 0 days after the end of programme as per guidance from HEIW.

49072 - OUH - Establish new Job Planning form group and menu item
Within the OUH site, establish a new "Job Planning" form group and associated menu item.

49077 - PHYSICIAN - Update MCR Year Summary Sheet to only display summary of 2 or more forms
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "MCR Year Summary Sheet" so that it will only display a summary when 2 or more MCR forms are available to summarise in the selected grade / programme.

49078 - FOUNDATION - ForceDeclarations breaks AllForms lazy loaded permissions
