Release 46.7 - Sat 26 Sep 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 46.7, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 26th September 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46855 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve accessibility issues
  • 49677 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Microsoft.ApplicationInsights
  • 49757 - FPH - Hide unnecessary fields within Certificates and Exams (NEP-8277)
  • 49810 - BMS PPMC - Update logo (NEP 8250)
  • 49836 - UHL - Update Patient Feedback Survey Summary to allow summarisation across multiple posts (NEP-8068)
  • 49952 - HFP - Update Certificates and Exams for 2026-27 (NEP-8409)
  • 50000 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Admin should not allow curricula in use to be marked for deletion
  • 50063 - UMEP - Addition of administration options following site split
  • 50067 - BBT - Remove requirement for ES or CS form from Summary MSF (Paediatrics) form (NEP-8572)
  • 50132 - PHYSICIAN - Update to Equality and Diversity page (NEP-8883)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 50097 - EPORTFOLIO - Disable the ability to confirm a certificates and exams entry where no file has been uploaded.

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46855 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve accessibility issues
Ensure that any/all accessibility errors present on primary pages are resolved, improving usability for those with impared vision.

49677 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Microsoft.ApplicationInsights
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49757 - FPH - Hide unnecessary fields within Certificates and Exams (NEP-8277)
Within the FPH site, hide the "Expiration Date" and "Expected Exam Date" columns within the "Certificates and Exams" section.

49810 - BMS PPMC - Update logo (NEP 8250)
Within the BMS PPMC site, update the logo used.

49836 - UHL - Update Patient Feedback Survey Summary to allow summarisation across multiple posts (NEP-8068)
Within the UHL site, update the "Patient Feedback Survey Summary" to allow it to summarise "Patient Feedback Survey" from posts of any grade in the same programme and also reduce the number of forms required to release the summary from 20 down to 10.

49952 - HFP - Update Certificates and Exams for 2026-27 (NEP-8409)
Within the HFP site, add four new certificate types and remove three existing certificate types.

50000 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Admin should not allow curricula in use to be marked for deletion
Within ALL sites, prevent users from being able to mark a curriculum that is in use by users as "for deletion".

50063 - UMEP - Addition of administration options following site split
Within the nine ex-UMeP sites, provide users of the senior administrator role with the ability to add/edit/remove grades and certificate types plus view site statistics.

50067 - BBT - Remove requirement for ES or CS form from Summary MSF (Paediatrics) form (NEP-8572)
Within the BBT site, remove the requirement that one of the forms being summarised on the "Summary MSF (Paediatrics)" form has been completed by a user account that contains the BBT ES/CS role.

50097 - EPORTFOLIO - Disable the ability to confirm a certificates and exams entry where no file has been uploaded.
Within ALL sites, prevent users from being able to confirm a "Certificates and Exams" item where the user has not uploaded a file.

50132 - PHYSICIAN - Update to Equality and Diversity page (NEP-8883)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, replace "National Identity" with "Nationality" on the College Equality and Diversity page.
