Release 46.3 - Sat 8 Aug 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 46.3, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 8th August 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

* 49365 - STIF - Establish new Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) forms (NEP-7291)
* 49635 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Progress – Infection Specialties page (NEP 7604)
* 49636 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Penultimate Year Review (PYR) – Infection Specialties form (NEP 7604)
* 49843 - HFP - Establish new Daily Activity Log forms for 2026-27 (NEP-8283)

Fixes included in this release are:

* 49761 - PEP - Registration Number columns missing from Import Users
* 49816 - EPORTFOLIO - Import Users should fail gracefully
* 49824 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure all details are recorded when support requests are submitted
* 49831 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure grades are listed in by sort order in admin functionality
* 49837 - UHL - Ensure Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Summary allows summarisation across posts of different grades (NEP-8068)
* 49844 - FPH - ARCP Outcome Form - Placement Details missing if re-opened for editing in non-draft state

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

48915 - UHB - Establish new CPD Panel for use in forms (NEP-5306)
Within the UHB site, establish a new "CPD Panel" that can be added to form designs, allowing users to record details relating to their personal development.

48916 - UHB - Establish new CPD Summary Page (NEP-5306)
Within the UHB site, establish a new summary page showing details provided within the CPD Panel in forms.

49365 - STIF - Establish new Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) forms (NEP-7291)
Within the STIF site, establish a new Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) process with Self Assessment, Feedback and Summary forms.

49635 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Progress – Infection Specialties page (NEP 7604)
Within the PHYSICIAN site,  update the decision aid links within the "Summary of Progress - Infection Specialties" page to match those within the "Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Infection Specialties" form.

49636 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Penultimate Year Review (PYR) – Infection Specialties form (NEP 7604)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Infection Specialties" form so that the targets within the "2. Specialty Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" section vary based upon the specialties available within the parent programme, as per the "Summary of Progress - Infection Specialties" page.

49761 - PEP - Registration Number columns missing from Import Users
Within the PEP site, ensure that in addition to GMC numbers, it is also possible to specify a GDC number, HCPC number or NMC PIN when bulk importing users.

49816 - EPORTFOLIO - Import Users should fail gracefully
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49824 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure all details are recorded when support requests are submitted
Within ALL sites, ensure that when the Help > Support form is submitted that details of the destination recipient is also recorded.

49831 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure grades are listed in by sort order in admin functionality
Within ALL sites, ensure that when grades are listed they are sorted first by sortOrder before being sorted alphabetically.

49837 - UHL - Ensure Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Summary allows summarisation across posts of different grades (NEP-8068)
Within the UHL site, ensure that the "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Summary" form allows for the selection of forms from all posts, not just posts of the same grade.

49843 - HFP - Establish new Daily Activity Log forms for 2026-27 (NEP-8283)
Within the HFP site, establish a new Daily Activity Log and Daily Activity Log Summary forms for use by users enrolled in the 2026-27 training programme.

49844 - FPH - ARCP Outcome Form - Placement Details missing if re-opened for editing in non-draft state
Within the FPH site, resolve the issue whereby placement details were blank if a non-draft ARCP form was opened for editing.

49857 - FPH - Placement details missing from PDF version of CCT form (NEP-8322)
Within the FPH site, resolve the issue whereby placement details were blank in downloadable PDF versions of completed CCT forms.

49861 - MANAGEMENT - Offline Tasks viewer not listing all types of Offline Tasks
Within the MANAGEMENT site, ensure that the offline task viewer lists all offline tasks irrespective of type.

49939 - FOUNDATION - Signatures missing from AF1C and FACD certificates (NEP-8392)
Within the FOUNDATION site, resolve the issue whereby signatures were not included within AF1C or FACD certificates (onscreen or downloaded as PDFs).
