Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Trainee Programme Report" so that the specialty filter is based upon the specialties available within programmes not the specialties assigned to posts within programmes and to enhance the date filter.

49673 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Reporting menu for users of Supervisor roletype roles
Within ALL sites, remove the "Reporting" item in the top navigation from all supervisor type roles.

49680 - EPORTFOLIO - Move React files to where they are used

Within ALL sites, resolve issues submitting ratings via the "Rate as Another User" feature when using the Mozilla Firefox browser.

49835 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent webkitSpeechRecognition error when opening custom forms in Firefox
Within all sites, resolve an error that occurred when opening forms in Mozilla Firefox because of the lack of support for Speech Recognition in it's default configuration.
