Release 46.0 - Sat 4 July 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 46.0, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 4th July 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 49560 - EPORTFOLIO - Update form handling within Activity feed
  • 49561 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Custom TAB Overview pages to provide Preview and Open buttons for tab forms
  • 49563 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide route to open a form from the preview pop-up where permissions allow
  • 49575 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to lockout rule for users of the Physician JRCPTB Administrator role (NEP 7757)
  • 49611 - NHSSA - Allow management of reference data (Grades, Specialties, Certificates)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49646 - EPORTFOLIO - Delete option missing from actions menu in ARCP Panel (NEP-7995)
  • 49731 - EPORTFOLIO - Hide completed and not reviewed statuses in review panels for sites that do not have a form that affects this (NEP-8041)
  • 49752 - HFP - Non-integer values not being pre-filled in Assurance Panel Outcome form (NEP-8104)
  • 49754 - FPH - Prevent sending LOSOS tickets without ratings and evidence populated (NEP-8097)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49321 - EPORTFOLIO - Create new Form Ticket Report (NEP-4801)
Within ALL sites, providing senior administrators with a way to generate reports on the usage of tickets for forms.

49322 - EPORTFOLIO - Create new Curriculum Ticket Report (NEP-4801)
Within ALL sites, providing senior administrators with a way to generate reports on the usage of tickets for curriculum ratings.

49448 - UMEP - BUCKINGHAM - ARPP Summary of Progress updates (NEP 7459)
Within the UMeP site, for students in the "Buckingham Undergraduate Programme v4" programme, update the "ARPP Summary of Progress" to show a new minimum expectation (1) for Case Based Prescribing.  Additionally, ensure that the Case Based Prescribing column correctly counts all forms.

49560 - EPORTFOLIO - Update form handling within Activity feed
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49561 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Custom TAB Overview pages to provide Preview and Open buttons for tab forms
Within all sites that utilise a custom overview page for the TAB / MSF form group, replace the existing preview button with preview and open buttons where permissions allow.

49563 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide route to open a form from the preview pop-up where permissions allow
Within ALL sites, when previewing a form in a pop-up window, provide users with a route to open the form so that it can be edited, where permissions allow.

49575 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to lockout rule for users of the Physician JRCPTB Administrator role (NEP 7757)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the lockout rule for users of the Physician JRCPTB Administrator role to cut-off at 10 years after the end of programme, not 10 years after the end of post.

49611 - NHSSA - Allow management of reference data (Grades, Specialties, Certificates)
Within the NHSSA site, provide users of the senior administrator role with the ability to manage grades, specialties and certificate types.

49612 - PEP- Replace Interesting Case custom form to allow self-management (NEP-7829)
Within the PEP site, replace the existing custom developed "Interesting Case" form with a new self-managed form that can be admininistered by users of the PEP Senior Administrator role on an ongoing basis.

49613 - FPH - Remove ability to rate curriculum items (NEP-7754)
Within the FPH site, remove the ability for users of all roles except the FPH Senior Administrator role from adding new ratings via the curriculum page.

49614 - FPH - Update learning outcome selector in LOSOS form (NEP-7754)
Within the FPH site, update the behaviour of the LOSOS forms so that it is not possible to select a learning outcome that does not have any Activity Summary Sheet forms linked to it.

49620 - FPH - Update permissions for ARCP Outcome form (NEP-7900)
Within the FPH site, allow users of the "FPH Training Programme Director", "FPH Senior Administrator" and "FPH Regional Administrator" roles to edit non-draft "ARCP Outcome" forms.

49633 - EPORTFOLIO - Convert ep_Notifications to Typescript

49646 - EPORTFOLIO - Delete option missing from actions menu in ARCP Panel (NEP-7995)
Within ALL sites, when administering review panels, ensure that the Delete option is visible, but disabled, instead of hidden when a review panel cannot be deleted.

49726 - EPORTFOLIO - Review Panels - Trainee notification of upcoming panel
Within ALL sites, add the ability for a notification to be displayed on the home page of a trainee account when the trainee has an upcoming review panel.

49731 - EPORTFOLIO - Hide completed and not reviewed statuses in review panels for sites that do not have a form that affects this (NEP-8041)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the "completed" and "not reviewed" statuses are not displayed within Review Panel functionailty if sites do not include a form that is associated with the review panel when saved.

49752 - HFP - Non-integer values not being pre-filled in Assurance Panel Outcome form (NEP-8104)
Within the HFP site, resolve an issue that prevented auto-populated fields in the Assurance Panel from being populated where the retrieved value was not a whole number.

49754 - FPH - Prevent sending LOSOS tickets without ratings and evidence populated (NEP-8097)
Within the FPH site, resolve an issue that allowed tickets to be sent after a learning outcome was selected but before ratings / evidence and other associated values had been automatically updated.
