Release 45.9 - Sat 13 June 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.9, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 13th June 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

• 49415 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide access to user information from ticket overview page
• 49423 - HFP - Establish new Prescribing Hours Log forms for 2026-27 (NEP 7418)
• 49454 - PHYSICIAN - Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Respiratory Medicine form changes (NEP-7444)
• 49464 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Progress - Cardiology page to include IRMER certs (NEP-7542)

• 49537 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure Import Users feature is enabled in all sites by adding it to the sites from which it is missing (BBT, DPH, Iceland and IoPPN).
• 49538 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure Import Users allows tag assignation
• 49576 - WSFT - Copy PHU - Advanced Practice - ACCEND curriculum from PHU site (NEP-7825)
• 49577 - PHYSICIAN - Update the threshold for the Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) Summary - IMT form (NEP-7812)

• 49609 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve GetHardCodedHelpText error
• 49610 - EPORTFOLIO - Error when invalid date specified in Certificates and Exams

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49285 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new Verification of Training form (NEP-6923)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish an entirely new "Verification of Training" form.

49310 - EPORTFOLIO - Confirmation of successful password reset in Personal Details confusing
Within ALL sites, resolve usability issues when reseting your own password, preventing confusion regarding the competixy requirements.

49359 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Progress - Clinical Genetics page and Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Clinical Genetics form (NEP-7076)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the  Summary of Progress - Clinical Genetics page and Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Clinical Genetics form, ensuring links to the Clinical Genetics ARCP Decision Aid are to the current version available online. Within the SoP page, also ensure that European Certificate in Medical Genetics and Genomics (ECMGG) certificates are listed in section 8, in addition to existing certificate types.

49415 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide access to user information from ticket overview page
Within ALL sites, update the Ticket Overview page so that when tickets have been sent to an existing user, an information icon is displayed, providing access to information about that user (including details pertinent to ticket completion).

49423 - HFP - Establish new Prescribing Hours Log forms for 2026-27 (NEP 7418)
Within the HFP site, establish a new "Prescribing hours log - DPP review only" form and associated summary for users with the "Prescribing learning outcomes 2026-27" curriculum.  In the new form, ensure the "sector of pharmacy practice" question provides options from a picklist rather than the specialties assocaited with the 2026-27 programme.

49454 - PHYSICIAN - Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Respiratory Medicine form changes (NEP-7444)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Respiratory Medicine" form, replacing the auto-populated "Name of PYR assessor" field with an editable text field labelled "PYR panel names" and removing the requriement for mandatory target when No from 5.11. Formal teaching training and 5.12. Leadership and Management .

49464 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Progress - Cardiology page to include IRMER certs (NEP-7542)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update section 12 of the Summary of Progress - Cardiology page so that IRMER certificates are displayed as well as Radiation Protection Certificates.

49517 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Pre-Filled details handling (NEP-7603 / NEP-7673)
Within ALL sites, merge the processes for updating the details that are pre-filled in forms completed in response to tickets with the process for updating user details.

49535 - CSRH - Updates to the Procedures Summary page (NEP-7617)
Within the CSRH site, update the Expected Level shown in the Procedures Summary page for "Complex insertion and removal of intrauterine contraception (IUC)"  and "Ultrasound gynaecology - normal female pelvic reproductive tract" and insert "subdermal" into the title of the following three items within the Clinical Expert curriculum associated features: "Contraception->Insertion of subdermal contraceptive implant", "Contraception->Removal of subdermal contraceptive implant" and "Contraception->Complex removal of deep/impalpable subdermal contraceptive implant".

49536 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure Import Users allows setting of EnrolmentStatusTypes
Within ALL sites, ensure that Enrolment Status can be set when creating user accounts in bulk via the Import Users feature.

49537 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure Import Users feature is enabled in all sites by adding it to the sites from which it is missing (BBT, DPH, Iceland and IoPPN).
Ensure that the Import Users feature is available to senior administrators in all site.

49538 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure Import Users allows tag assignation
Within ALL sites, ensure that the Import Users feature includes a column that allows user tags to be assocaited with users being created.

49576 - WSFT - Copy PHU - Advanced Practice - ACCEND curriculum from PHU site (NEP-7825)
Within the WSFT site, establish a copy of the "PHU - Advanced Practice - ACCEND" curriculum previously available within the PHU site.

49577 - PHYSICIAN - Update the threshold for the Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) Summary - IMT form (NEP-7812)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, change the threshold for the release of "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) Summary - IMT" form so that it requires 4 x ""Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - IMT" forms. (previously 3)

49609 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve GetHardCodedHelpText error
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49610 - EPORTFOLIO - Error when invalid date specified in Certificates and Exams
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue whereby a certificate could not be saved if an invalid date was provided.
