Release 45.6 - Sat 9 May 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.6, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 9th May 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 49091 - FPH - Modify layout of ARCP Summary Page (NEP-4676)
  • 49140 - PHARMACY - Remove ability to have multiple trainee roles in the same site
  • 49145 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new Physician Programme Tutor role (NEP 6564)
  • 49390 - BMS PPMC - Establish default folder structure for trainees (NEP 7294)
  • 49419 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise generic permission handling between custom and self managed forms

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49437 - EPORTFOLIO - Ticketing process allows self forms to be created multiple times

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49091 - FPH - Modify layout of ARCP Summary Page (NEP-4676)
Within the FPH site, update the ARCP Summary Page so that all ratings, LOSOS forms and Activity Summary Sheet forms are listed, grouped by learning outcome above all other activity.

49140 - PHARMACY - Remove ability to have multiple trainee roles in the same site
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49145 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new Physician Programme Tutor role (NEP 6564)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish a new role entitled "Physician Programme Tutor" where users are restricted in the trainees they can view to only those that match on BOTH location and programme.

49390 - BMS PPMC - Establish default folder structure for trainees (NEP 7294)
Within the BMS PPMC site, ensure that all users of the BMS PPMC Trainee role have a default set of folders within their Personal Library.

49419 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise generic permission handling between custom and self managed forms
