Release 45.3 - Wed 1 Apr 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.2 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 28th March 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 48454 - FPH - Restore menu items (NEP-4204)
  • 49104 - FPH - Out of Programme (OOP) Request form updates
  • 49105 - FPH - Completion of Training (CCT) Request form updates
  • 49333 - EPORTFOLIO - Public Services Delivery Scotland updates
  • 49368 - HFP - Prescribing Hours Log form refinements (NEP-7114)
  • 49443 - HFP - Update permissions for certificates and exams (NEP-7432)

Fixed included in this release are:

  • 49395 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent non-standard characters preventing ticket email delivery (NEP-7338)
  • 49418 - HFP - Correction of roles for new Patient Survey forms (NEP 7351)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

48454 - FPH - Restore menu items (NEP-4204)
Within the FPH site restore the recently removed Learning Agreements, Supervision, OOP and CCT menu items.

49104 - FPH - Out of Programme (OOP) Request form updates
Within the FPH site, update the OOP request form, resolving grammar/spelling errors and ensuring that comments added during reversion are always visible.

49105 - FPH - Completion of Training (CCT) Request form updates
Within the FPH site, update the CCT request form, resolving grammar/spelling errors and ensuring compatibility with new placement functionality. 

49333 - EPORTFOLIO - Public Services Delivery Scotland updates
Replace all references to "NHS Education for Scotland" and "NES" with "Public Services Delivery Scotland" and "PSD Scotland".

49368 - HFP - Prescribing Hours Log form refinements (NEP-7114)
Within the HFP site, ensure that the Prescribing Hours Log and Prescribing Hours Log Summary forms both support the number of hours being recorded to two decimal places.

49395 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent non-standard characters preventing ticket email delivery (NEP-7338)
Within ALL sites, ensure that non alphanumeric characters are handled appropriately when included in the subject lines of email messages, preventing non-delivery.

49418 - HFP - Correction of roles for new Patient Survey forms (NEP 7351)
Within the HFP site, ensure that the permissions for the new Patient Survey Forms are corrected, providing access to view the content of forms without the need for a summary form.

49443 - HFP - Update permissions for certificates and exams (NEP-7432)
Within the HFP site, provide users of the "HFP Regional Lead" role the permission to delete confirmed certificates and exams.
