Release 45.1 - Wed 11 Mar 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.1 scheduled for deployment on Wednesday the 11th March 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 49224 - HFP - Update Summary of Progress page handling of certificates and exams (NEP 6922)
  • 49261 - BBT - Modify the Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) to release with 2 forms instead of 3 (NEP 7009)
  • 49263 - PHYSICIAN - Add Pharmacist to the list of Assessor roles (NEP-7066)
  • 49304 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) - Sub-Specialty Stroke Medicine form (NEP-7127)
  • 49332 - PHYSICIAN - Update Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Dermatology form to include comments field for each CiP (NEP-7136)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49307 - EPORTFOLIO - FileUploadExceedsServerLimit page not showing when user attempts large uploads
  • 49309 - PHYSICIAN - ARCP Report date validation not working
  • 49363 - MOBILE APP - Resolve silently recorded errors
  • 49367 - PEP - Incorrect default location for new posts (NEP-7297)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49224 - HFP - Update Summary of Progress page handling of certificates and exams (NEP 6922)
Within the HFP site, update how certificates are displayed within the Summary of Progress page - adding a progress bar and ensuring all relevant items are listed.

49261 - BBT - Modify the Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) to release with 2 forms instead of 3 (NEP 7009)
Within the BBT site modify the Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) form so that It can be released with 2 forms instead of 3.

49263 - PHYSICIAN - Add Pharmacist to the list of Assessor roles (NEP-7066)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the list of Assessor roles used throughout the site, adding a new "Pharmacist" option.

49304 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) - Sub-Specialty Stroke Medicine form (NEP-7127)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish a new "Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) - Sub-Specialty Stroke Medicine" form that is published in portfolios that contain the "Physician Neurology, Internal Medicine & Stroke Medicine 2022 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" curricula.

49307 - EPORTFOLIO - FileUploadExceedsServerLimit page not showing when user attempts large uploads
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby users would encounter an error uploading a file for an information item that was larger than the site-wide size limit.

49309 - PHYSICIAN - ARCP Report date validation not working
Within ALL sites, prevent users from being able to provide dates earlier than 01/01/0001 and later than 31/12/9999 when generating reports.

49332 - PHYSICIAN - Update Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Dermatology form to include comments field for each CiP (NEP-7136)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the existing " Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Dermatology" to contain a "Comments" field for each of the 13 CiPs within the "1. Generic Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" and "2. Specialty Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" sections.

49363 - MOBILE APP - Resolve silently recorded errors
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49367 - PEP - Incorrect default location for new posts (NEP-7297)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby an unexpected location would be selected by default when creating the first post within the first programme in a user account.
