Release 44.8 - Mon 16 Feb 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 44.8 scheduled for deployment on Monday the 16th February 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 49146 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable inline editing of curriculum item titles within curriculum editor
  • 49194 - HFP - Allow users of the HFP Regional Lead role to confirm certificates within a trainee account
  • 49251 - EPORTFOLIO - Add Specialties column to Users By Role report

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49191 - EPORTFOLIO - Update text when no supervisor available for selection in ticketing process (NEP-6843)
  • 49201 - EPORTFOLIO - Copying a ticket always copied form pre-fill
  • 49203 - PHYSICIAN - Physician Administrators unable to create posts in future programmes
  • 49226 - EPORTFOLIO - Retired custom forms do not show the 'Retired' wording in the title
  • 49243 - FPH - Ensure users logging in with SSO have the correct last login date on the home page widget (NEP-6955)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49146 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable inline editing of curriculum item titles within curriculum editor
Within ALL sites, update the curriculum editor to enable users to edit curriculum items inline, improving usability.

49191 - EPORTFOLIO - Update text when no supervisor available for selection in ticketing process (NEP-6843)
Within ALL site, add descriptive text within the ticketing process if the selected item can only be sent to supervisors and there are no supervisors configured on the selected post.

49194 - HFP - Allow users of the HFP Regional Lead role to confirm certificates within a trainee account
Within the HFP site, in addition to other roles also allow users of the HFP Regional Lead role to confirm certificates within a trainee account.

49201 - EPORTFOLIO - Copying a ticket always copied form pre-fill
Within ALL sites, when a ticket is being copied, prevent the copying of the pre-filled form data if the user has not selected to pre-fill the form.

49203 - PHYSICIAN - Physician Administrators unable to create posts in future programmes
Within the PHYSICIAN site, re-enable the ability for users of the Physician Administrator role to create posts in programmes that have not yet started.

49226 - EPORTFOLIO - Retired custom forms do not show the 'Retired' wording in the title
Within ALL sites, remove the "Retired" suffix from the title when viewing a form based on a retired form design.

49243 - FPH - Ensure users logging in with SSO have the correct last login date on the home page widget (NEP-6955)
Within the FPH site, ensure that the last login date on the user home page includes logins via SSO.

49251 - EPORTFOLIO - Add Specialties column to Users By Role report
Within ALL sites, update the generic "Users by Role" report to include a specialties column in sites that have specialty based supervisor roles (e.g. SQUMed)
